FRIDAY LOAD-IN: Over half of our vendors said "Yes" to Friday load-in on our application form – woohoo! We are highly encouraging those who can set up Friday night to please plan to do so. The Friday load-in option gives us plenty of time and space to get organized and arranged without the looming start of the festival and vastly reduces the chaos and traffic of so many vehicles trying to unload at once. We will have overnight security on site to make sure belongings remain secure. Load-on on Friday will be between 4 and 8pm. Our week-out communication will include a map of where you should enter the festival footprint if you are setting up on Friday. 

SATURDAY LOAD-IN: Saturday load-in will take place between 6 am and 9 am. In our next communication, you will receive more information about where to enter the festival footprint. For now, please know that we are asking all vendors who are loading in on Saturday to please remember these steps:

unload your vehicles at your assigned location, remove your vehicle from the footprint by parking it in a parking garage, then walk back to your spot to complete set-up. This will ensure traffic can move freely for other vendors coming in and out. Note that all cars must be out of the festival footprint by 9 am, with no exceptions. Vendors can re-enter the footprint with their vehicles at 8 pm to pack up their spots. You may pack up early but will need to do so by foot, as no vehicles will be permitted into the festival footprint before 8 pm.
